About the company
Precision M&E is a mechanical and electrical contractor working across commercial, industrial, education and healthcare buildings in the UK. We cover design input, installation, testing and ongoing maintenance under a single contract, with one point of contact.
Our engineers are fully qualified and time-served. Our team of fully experienced estimators and designers will help from first survey to handover.
Much of our work is in buildings that stay open. Phased access, out-of-hours shifts, permit systems and infection-control requirements are all routine, if required.

Health, safety & quality
Working safely in live buildings
Schools during term, wards in use, factories mid-shift. The method has to suit the building.
- Method statements and risk assessments issued before mobilisation, reviewed on site.
- Full co-operation with the principal contractor and CDM duty holders.
- Permit-to-work systems observed, including hot works, isolations and confined spaces.
- Competent operatives with current qualifications and CSCS/ECS carding.
- Waste segregated and removed responsibly, with the area cleaned down daily.

Tenders and PQQs
We complete pre-qualification questionnaires and framework applications regularly. Public and employers’ liability certificates, method statements, quality procedures and reference projects are ready to send on request.
